| Our Factories. |
The Biodiesel factory has two different production units which correspond to two different steps of the process. They are both totally automatic and controllable:
1) Pre-Treatment: Through a complex physical refining process the raw oil is degummed, neutralized and dried
2) Biodiesel Generation: A transesterification process that uses methanol and a catalyst (sodium metilate), which results in biodiesel and glycerin.
