The European Union supports the SENSOLIVE_OIL project in its transfer to the sector of complementary technologies to the test panel
The SENSOLIVE_OIL Operating Group continues the effort of years to transfer the panel test to the sector for the implementation of new complementary technologies when commercially classifying virgin olive oils
Composed of the Interprofessional of Spanish Olive Oil, the ceiA3 campus of international agri-food excellence, the University of Granada, Dcoop, Sovena and Deoleo, as beneficiary members, the University of Córdoba as a subcontracted member and the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Sustainable Development of the Junta de Andalucía, as collaborating members
In this phase of the project, the practical implementation of the technologies will be advanced with pilots in the three participating companies for their validation as a method of self-control. Additionally, the technologies will be implemented in official laboratories to advance their possible pre-validation.
