Nuestra última evaluación de materialidad dio forma a nuestra estrategia, que está estructurada en torno a cinco compromisos y tiene tres habilitadores claves que garantizan nuestro éxito: los más altos estándares de CALIDAD y SEGURIDAD ALIMENTARIA y una fuerte cultura de INNOVACIÓN y DESARROLLO.
Para definir nuestras prioridades, hemos reflexionado sobre los temas clave tanto desde la visión empresarial interna como desde las expectativas externas. Para ello hemos realizado un análisis de las principales tendencias y retos que se plantean a nuestra sociedad y al sector agroalimentario; y hemos escuchado las expectativas de nuestros stakeholders
A través de la evaluación de los stakeholders relacionados con la actividad de la empresa, así como de los criterios de influencia y dependencia, podemos identificar como más relevantes a: accionistas, consejo de administración, empleados, proveedores, socios comerciales y sector bancario. Los riesgos, las oportunidades y las tensiones fueron los criterios de contexto que nos llevaron a las comunidades locales, las organizaciones sociales, el mundo académico y los medios de comunicación. También consideramos que consultar a especialistas temáticos, como organismos sectoriales, expertos en medio ambiente, salud y agricultura, otorga valor a nuestra reflexión.
